Q: Are pets allowed at the Festival?
A: Pets are not allowed in the Festival or Water Park areas. Pets are permitted on a leash in our Campground, which is available with the purchase of a Deluxe Camping Package for the Festival.
Q: Is alcohol permitted to be brought into the Festival?
A: Food and beverage carry-ins are not allowed in the Concert arena. Alcohol, food and beverages may be brought to your campsite, and many concession stands will be available. Clay's Park will have 12-packs of beer available for purchase at state minimum prices. Additionally, no alcohol is allowed to be brought into the water park area, but may be purchased at the Tiki Bar.
Q: We are a group of four adults, who are interested in purchasing 3 days of camping and concerts, but we will be staying in one tent; do we get a discount?
A: Pricing is per person not per site.
Q: How many people or tents can we put on a Festival Site?
A: There is no limit per site, but site size will be approximately 18' x 30'.
Q: Will there be shower facilities available in the Festival Site camping area?
A: Yes
Q: If we preorder, will we have assigned campsites and reserved seating.
A: Campsites and seating will be on a first-come, first-served basis when you arrive, with the exception of VIP Top Shelf and Deluxe Pull Thru packages. The concerts are based on festival type seating except for the VIP / Gold Circle area located near the main stage. You must be a VIP Camper or VIP Sponsor to enter the VIP camping and seating areas.
Q: Do we get a discount if we camp and attend the concerts, but we don�t use the Water Park?
A: No, the Water Park is included free with all festival camping packages.
Q: How many vehicles are allowed per campsite?
A: One vehicle is permitted per site. Additional vehicles may park in the 1-day parking lot. All parking is FREE.
Q: Can we camp a day or two early if we would like to?
A: Yes, you may arrive as early as the Monday before the festival to camp at the Festival site area at the cost of $18.50 per person, per day. You may come as early as you would like to camp in our Campground (price varies depending upon hook-ups).
Q: What is included in the early camping?
A: Access to the Water Park, which includes unlimited swimming, miniature golf, water slides and paddle boats is included. Additionally, you can attend the Pre-Fest Kick Off Party on Thursday night before the festival begins.
Q: What happens if it rains?
A: The main stage, Tiki Bar and Melody Barn are covered and events will take place rain or shine. Schedule is subject to change without notice.
Q: May we purchase fewer than three nights of camping?
A: Three nights of camping are included in all camping packages. You are free to camp any or all of those three nights, and the ticket price remains the same.
Q: When will a schedule of the bands be published?
A: The band schedule is constantly updated as bands are being confirmed. Please check our website often for updates.
Q: May we camp in an RV or van on a Festival Site?
A: Yes, though no water/electric/sewer hook ups are available for festival camping
Q: Is there an extra charge to park an RV or van on a Festival site?
A: No
Q: Can someone purchase VIP seating only without purchasing the VIP Camping Package?
A: Yes, VIP Access Tickets are now available.
Q: Are one-day, concert-only tickets good for any of the three days of the Festival or just a specific day?
A: One-day tickets are good for any one day of the Festival with the exception of the Working Man's Ticket, which is good for Friday only. You will be given the appropriate wristband for the day you arrive.
Q: Are picnic tables available for VIP Camping?
A: Yes, picnic tables will be provided for those who purchase any VIP or Deluxe Camping Package.
Q: Are cameras allowed at the Festival?
A: Cameras will not be permitted in the Concert area of the Festival.
Q: May we build a Campfire at our site?
A: Yes, campfires are allowed. Fires may be made directly on the ground without digging a hole or using rocks to build a fire ring. Fire rings are provided for those who purchase Deluxe Camping Packages.
